Booking/Cancellation Policy

We can only confirm reservation when we are in receipt of Credit card details, either Master Card Or Visa.

This is a secure site, all credit card information is handled with the utmost security in mind but if you prefer you can fax details of your credit card to +353 64 41799 (011 353 64 41799 from USA), when we are in receipt of same we will confirm reservation immediately.

If you would like to e-mail us details it is entirely at your own discretion.

We have a minimum cancellation policy of 10%. Cancellation should be made at least 7 days in advance of arrival. Not arriving on the date reserved would lead to a full cancellation charge. Cancelling within the week would depend entirely if we can fill the rooms on the reserved nights, if we fill you have nothing to worry about.

In the event of special circumstances we try and work something out. The majority of our business is reservations, as most guests prefer to have an itinerary and have accommodation arranged around this.
