We had a wonderful 3 nights in Kenmare staying in Pat's property.The home was comfortable with new modern furniture, very comfortable beds, soft towels, quality bed linen, plenty of hot water for the five of us, well equipped kitchen.The house was spotlessly clean which is a high priority with me. Pat was welcoming and very helpful with travel plans. We can highly recommend Pat's homes.

Irish tourist board approved Ardmullen Holiday Homes are located just a 7 minute stroll from Kenmare town centre. These lovely semi-detached houses are perched on a site overlooking Kenmare and its surrounding hills and mountains in a private selfcaterinf development , Our Holiday Homes have their own garden (closed off from other gardens by a picket fence) and are very family friendly - the perfect setting from where to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside and the breathtaking scenery for which Kenmare is world renowned.Our Hoilday homes are designed to the very highest standards with guests needs to the fore, combining both luxury and practicality.The spacious lounge is tastefully furnished and contains an open fireplace, T.V,DVD and very cozy suite of furniture. The open plan kitchen/dining area has a sunny aspect and plenty of space. The kitchen is fully fitted and stocked with all the modern conveniences such as electric cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and microwave. All necessary kitchen utensils and crockery are provided. Upstairs a spacious landing leads to three bedrooms . There is 1 double king bedroom with ensuite facilities and 2 twin/doubles bedrooms. Each bedroom has more than adequate storage space. There is a main bathroom upstairs with toilet, hand basin, power showers and bath and are luxuriously appointed.Secure off stree parking is provided for two cars . The houses are well insulated and heated with oil central heating . In addition, all bed linen and towels are provided. Small Pets are accepted on a request only basis with an additional cleaning charge if required. cots and highchair available for familys
